I’m fed up with them too, bitches like these are the reason my lover didn’t believe I had been raped when I told him. This is not a gender biased issue. False rape reports hurt other women too, women who really were violated. No one trusts them. These liars disgrace honest women. Not all women who claim to have been raped are lying, as not all women who make the claim are telling the truth either.

Men this problem hurts all of us socially. Rather than wage war against one another on an issue of gender, can’t we work together to solve these problems? It’s not about men against women and women against men it’s about sick people against normal people.

Rapists exists and they are sick. Liars exists and they are sick. Rape survivors exists and they are normal people, innocent men exists and they are normal people. Again it’s not a male-female issue. We are all caught in a catch 22 by sick people.

A Port Jefferson Station man admitted yesterday in court that he broke into a female colleague’s Mastic [NY] home, raped her and fatally stabbed her sleeping boyfriend. Tomas Peck, 27, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, first-degree rape and other charges in Riverhead, in a deal that will put him in prison for 25 years to life. [...]

Armed with a hunting knife, Peck entered the victim’s home on Feb. 10, 2008, using a key he’d obtained earlier, he said. Finding the pair asleep in their bedroom, Peck said he plunged his knife several times into the back of Tyrone A. Terry, 21, a correction officer from Henderson, N.C., who’d come to Suffolk for a two-week visit. Terry woke, attempted to fight off his attacker, but Peck kept stabbing him until he was dead, he said.
The intent of this crime was acquaintance rape. A crime that many people continue to dismiss or disregard unless it reaches this level of violence.

Since the woman’s murdered boyfriend was a corrections officer visiting her from North Carolina, Peck was either surprised to find his intended rape victim not asleep alone or he was enraged that she had a boyfriend staying with her and was intent on eliminating the competition.

If this woman had been alone there might not have been proof other than her word that he was a violent rapist.

Too many of the same people who react to this crime, as committed, with horror would be rushing to find excuses for Peck’s behavior. Or they might have skipped the excuses completely and started spouting, “Women lie about rape. How can we ever know if this was anything more than morning after regret to hide the fact that she was cheating on her boyfriend? She claims she was raped at knife-point but she wasn’t cut so she has no proof. She has bruises but consensual sex can also leave bruises.”

He had a key. For those who rush to judge alleged rape victims that would point toward consent or provide what they would claim must be considered reasonable doubt. The prosecution wouldn’t be able to prove how he got that key so the defense would claim that the rape victim gave him that key. And people know what it means when a woman gives a man a key to her apartment, right?

The typical verbal attacks against rape victims who have only their own testimony that they were raped and did not consent may have caused prior rape victims of this man to not report him. That would mean that the, “Women lie about rape,” crowd contributed to the murder of Tyrone Terry.

Of course just as they deny most rapes, they will deny their contribution to sex-related violence.

Even in this case, the specter of consent, or assumed consent, was raised by the defense attorney.

Peck’s lawyer, Steven Wilutis of Miller Place, described the attack as a crime of passion. Peck had sought a romantic relationship with his colleague, and upon discovering her with another man, became enraged and jealous.

Assistant District Attorney James Chalifoux said Peck and the woman were friends from work, “but anything beyond that was a figment of Mr. Peck’s imagination.”

This is the typical denial that gets accepted again and again, helping more rapists to rationalize their criminal actions.

Peck didn’t break in to that woman’s apartment intending to rape her, he entered (with a hunting knife) seeking a romantic relationship. That’s rationalization and tells us only how someone can justify committing sexual violence and, in this case, murder as well.

Most people see this lie for what it is because an innocent man is dead. But all those who see this truth in this case must, if they are ethical people, see it in cases where there is no other man present to get in the way of a rapist’s desire for a “romantic relationship.”

Guys, there are loopholes in this unfair system. You can sue anyone for anything in civil court. You may not “win” the case, but you can take it to court.

If a woman has slandered you, falsely accused you, defamed your character and unjustly disrupted your life you can and should expose her by suing her in civil court. If this happend to enough of these women who cry wolf maybe women will stop doing it, they’ll be afraid to cry wolf. A man is not going to sue a woman in civil court for such as this unless he firmly stands behind his conviction that she is lying. So, that is how you should go about “reporting” her or “pressing charges against” her.

I’ve heard that women who don’t report rape are making it up to get attention and sympathy but aren’t serious enough to take it to the legal system, perhaps men who dont sue women for false rape accusations are making it up to get attention and sympathy as well.

She gets upset because you ‘rejected’ her. Heaven knows, you may even tell other people what how she behaved. She can cry date rape though, and instead of being labelled a teasing bitch or whatever, she can get lots of attention and turn the heat on you instead.”

Guys, more than likely if a woman asks you back to her place, it’s not to fuck you. maybe she likes you and wants to get to know you better emotionally and intellectually because you are physically attractive to her. Maybe she’s lonely and is enjoying your company and doesn’t want to end the evening, but she is tired and uncomfortable, the crowd, the smoke, the noise and lights are beginning to wear her down, she wants to go home and get comfortable, take off her shoes and bra and relax in a more quiet setting where you can talk more and get to know each other better. She might end up getting hot and heavy with you but those probably weren’t her original intensions when she invited you over, hence her changing her mind. She realized that she might have next day regret if she continues, so she decides to stop, then you get mad, call her a tease and bitch and storm out. Why can’t you just hang out and chill with her, become friends, maybe have sex in the future? Why does sex have to be such a pressing issue and expectation, a requirement for your presence? Otherwise you have no use for this human being? She’s just a wet hole to fuck and if she won’t deliver she’s a tease and a bitch? OK, what an asshole.

At least you haven’t forced yourself on her, but you have rejected her as a person, and probably hurt her feelings too, she liked you whether you “put out” or not was not a condition on that “like”. The condition for you being there with her was sex, she’s not a person, she’s an object, someone to fuck, nice. Do you deserve to be charged with false rape? Here’s a little clue for you about women, we take pride in being labeled “a tease” after we graduate high school that seems to become a compliment because it’s just one of those derogatory euphamisms men come up with to manipulate a woman sexually, it’s a pressure tactic men use to make a woman feel she must ‘put out” to avoid the label, but once she puts out and takes on the label of ’slut” instead, she realizes being called a “tease” is a compliment in comparison to being regarded as a “slut”.
